Hamilton Glen at Oak Leaf Plantation

The Jacksonville division of Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, recently received two prestigious Laurel Awards for Architectural Design from the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) and the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC). In the divisions first time entering the highly coveted award competition, Lennar Jacksonville won Best Architectural Design – Attached Home for its Nottingham townhome model at Coventry at OakLeaf Plantation and Best Architectural Design – Detached Home for its Oak single-family model at Hamilton Glen at OakLeaf Plantation.

The Nottingham townhome model is showcased in Lennar’s Coventry Community and features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in 1,618 square feet of living space. The Oak single-family model is featured in Lennar’s Hamilton Glen Community and provides four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in a two-story home with 2,239 square feet of living space.

Both award-winning Lennar designs are part of OakLeaf Plantation, a 6,400-acre master-planned community located in northern Clay and southern Duval counties. OakLeaf features more than 1,400 acres of preservation area, two multimillion-dollar amenity centers, retail village centers and miles of bicycle and walking paths.

The Laurel Awards are presented each year to builders, developers, architects, planners, interior designers, Realtors, sales and marketing professionals and others who have demonstrated sales, building and design excellence. The architectural design categories are judged in person by a panel of interior design specialists, architects and homebuilders.
