Lennar Atlanta To Debut Edgebrook In Cumming

New Community Features Spacious Homes, Fabulous Amenities from the Mid-$300s

Continuing its success from nearby James Creek in Cumming, leading builder Lennar is introducing its newest community, Edgebrook, with a grand opening celebration including a cruise giveaway on Saturday and Sunday, June 1 and 2.

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, visitors can get their first glimpse of Edgebrook, located off Melody Mizer Lane between Old Atlanta Road and Windermere Parkway. Edgebrook will include a total of 160 single-family home sites, with Lennar building 66 spacious, feature-rich homes offered at prices starting in the mid-$300s. Plans call for a swimming pool, cabana and two lighted tennis courts to be enjoyed by all Edgebrook residents, along with the fabulous schools and relatively low property taxes for which Forsyth County has become known. The location offers easy access to metro Atlanta via nearby Georgia 400, while scenic Lake Lanier is just minutes away.

Lennar’s homes at Edgebrook will range from 2,745 to 4,080 square feet in a variety of thoughtfully designed floor plans to meet the evolving needs of today’s homebuyer. Each home will offer four to six bedrooms and two and a half to three and a half baths, with some featuring basements or three-car garages for even more space.

And thanks to its exclusive Everything’s Included® program, every Lennar home at Edgebrook will feature granite countertops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and more as standard items included in the base price. With other builders such features are typically only offered as expensive upgrades, often adding thousands of dollars to the cost of the home.
