Lennar is celebrating the Grand Opening of their new model home at St. Charles Place, 103 St. Charles Way in Goose Creek.

Prospective homebuyers attending the Grand Opening on February 20, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. will have the opportunity to experience the community and tour Lennar’s new Indigo model.

Lennar offers three new home designs at St. Charles Place in addition to the Indigo. Homes range in size from 1,285 to 1,818 square feet and feature three to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and a one or two-car garage. Homes are priced from $122,990 to $144,990
