The Charleston Trident Home Builders Association (CTHBA) recently presented Lennar with five marketing awards and two Million Dollar Circle Awards at their annual PRISM Awards Program, an event that honors builders, remodelors and onsite sales professionals who make major contributions to the home-building industry.

Lennar’s marketing awards include Best Website Design for Lennar.com, Best Newspaper Advertisement, Best Radio Commercial, Best Television Commercial and Best Advertising Campaign. Lennar’s New Home Consultants, Caroline Parker and Ab Sanchez won Million Dollar Circle Awards for closing more than one million dollars in new home sales from January 1, 2008 to August 1, 2009. Sanchez also won as the top producing sales associate with an impressive total volume of 17 million dollars in new home sales.

“It is a tremendous honor and privilege to have received these awards from the Charleston Trident Homebuilders Association,” said Shannon Williams, Director of Strategic Marketing for Lennar’s Coastal Carolina Division. “Our marketing programs were fantastic and yielded very positive results for the Division. Additionally, we have an outstanding team of New Home Consultants who were able to overcome the obstacles of one of the industry’s most challenging years. They came out on top and are deserving of the recognition; it is a pleasure to celebrate their achievements and success.”
