Lennar, one of the strongest names in the homebuilding industry, is celebrating the opening of its newest community in Charlotte continuing its increased commitment in the city.

Lennar’s new homes in Caldwell Commons are located in Northeast Charlotte in the highly desirable University area. The community will offer two-story homes with 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and two-car garages. Homes will range from 2,152 to 2,808 square feet with prices starting from the $150s.
