The Raleigh Division of Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, recently received top honors in eight categories at the 2010 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence Awards (MAME) from the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council of the Raleigh-Wake County Home Builders Association.

Lennar Raleigh won the top prize in each of the following categories:

• Best Community Ad for a Magazine
• Best Consumer Oriented Direct Mail Piece
• Best Radio Commercial
• Best Video/CD/DVD Promotion
• Best Special Promotion
• Best Master Planned Community Rec Facility
• Best Advertising Campaign for a Company
• Best Television Commercial

The prestigious MAME Awards are the Academy Awards of Triangle new home sales and marketing.

The Lennar Raleigh Sales Team also brought home several Million Dollar Circle Awards for extraordinary new home sales volume.

The awards were presented at the annual Triangle MAME Awards formal event held at the Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, North Carolina. The competition recognizes local advertising, marketing, merchandising and product design efforts as well as sales volume.

Honor recipients included area builders, developers, advertising agencies, graphic firms, interior design firms, landscaping firms, sales professionals and sign and display designers/fabricators.
