Lennar built beautiful estate homes in Monroe, NY (Orange County) a few years back. Will you be coming back to that area at any time in the future? And if so, do you anticipate building on a smaller scale (i.e. 1800 sq ft. +)? There is currently no quality new construction in the area and ther are many like myself looking to upgrade (i.e. from town home to single family – bilevel to colonial) but with few choices. PLEASE COME BACK TO MONROE NY!
