Lennar is wooing homebuyers this month to Cedar Point at Mays Landing and Creek Run at Woolwich, two family-oriented single-family home communities in charming Southern New Jersey locations.

One of the most tempting carrots Lennar is dangling is the near completion of inventory homes which will allow buyers who purchase by April 30th to close on their homes by June 30th and take advantage of the expanded Federal Tax Credit before it expires.

“That’s an opportunity to enjoy up to $8,000 in savings for buyers who qualify,” notes Don Bompensa, President of Lennar’s New Jersey Division.  “We’ll also begin reducing our incentives at these communities in the coming weeks, so there clearly are significant benefits to buyers who act now.”

Lennar’s unparalleled “Everything’s Included” platform is also enticing buyers who recognize the extraordinary value and convenience associated with having the national homebuilder’s most popular upgrades and features already included in the purchase price.

However, monetary motivations aren’t the only reasons to fall in love with these premier communities as both offer expansive home designs, sprawling homesites and desirable small-town settings that are ideal for growing families.

In Atlantic County’s Mays Landing, Cedar Point features 173 single-family homes on premium wooded homesites up to two acres located near the Hamilton Mall.  The community’s four-bedroom residences are priced from the upper-$200,000s — the best value in Mays Landing.   The community’s four-bedroom residences offer stylish interior details including nine-foot first floor ceilings, direct-vent fireplaces in the family room, wall-to-wall upgraded plush carpeting, hardwood flooring in the two-story entry foyer and kitchen, and ceramic tile floors in the master bath.

The community continues to attract scores of buyers from northern locations who are astounded at how much home they can get for their purchasing dollar.

“Homebuyers from areas like Monmouth and Middlesex Counties are more than willing to relocate to Exit 38 on the Garden State Parkway to get a beautiful, four-bedroom single-family home on an oversized lot priced from the upper-$200,000s,” Mr. Bompensa points out.

“They also cherish the Atlantic County location’s relaxed shore-town lifestyle that is convenient to the Garden State Parkway and Atlantic City Expressway, yet is great for boating, hiking and camping enthusiasts, particularly at the nearby Lake Lenape Park and Gaskill Park.”

In Woolwich, just 30-40 minutes from Wilmington and Philadelphia, Creek Run offers two-story single-family homes ranging from 2,070 to 3,719 square feet of living space, sprawling homesites from one-plus acres and pricing starting from just the upper-$200s.

All of the homes at Creek Run feature a wide variety of designer finishes and upgrades at no extra cost.   Found throughout the four-bedroom homes are such standard features as two-car garages, two-story entry foyers, nine-foot first-floor ceilings, and designer kitchens with 42” cabinets and granite countertops.  Well-appointed secondary baths boast decorator vanity cabinets with cultured marble countertops, while luxurious master bedroom suites feature raised ceiling heights and luxurious master baths with separate Roman-style platform tubs and glass shower enclosures.

The community’s country village setting characterized by boutique shops, arts, crafts & festivals and proximity to Wilmington and Philadelphia — just 30 to 40 minutes away — only add to the enormous appeal of the intimate new residential enclave.

“Homes of this caliber in this type of location at these prices simply didn’t exist until recently,” Mr. Bompensa points out.  “These are historic times creating remarkable opportunities, and buyers are responding.”

Much of Woolwich’s appeal stems from its unique ability to offer the advantages and amenities of a cosmopolitan environment while providing an expansive country setting.  Township officials have been praised for their commitment to achieving a balance between preservation and growth.  Their vision for enhancing the quality of life for residents in a vibrant community where you can live, shop, work and recreate while still enjoying the picturesque vistas of preserved farmland has attracted scores of new people to the area.
