Lennar is wooing homebuyers this month to Cedar Point at Mays Landing and Creek Run at Woolwich, two family-oriented single-family home communities in charming Southern New Jersey locations.

One of the most tempting carrots Lennar is dangling is the near completion of inventory homes which will allow buyers who purchase by April 30th to close on their homes by June 30th and take advantage of the expanded Federal Tax Credit before it expires.
