Lennar, one of the country’s leading homebuilders, is hosting a free homebuying seminar, Saturday, June 23rd at their Bryans Crossing community in Bryans Road. Attendees will be able to chat one-on-one with a loan officer from Universal American Mortgage Company, Lennar’s preferred lender and receive free credit reports. The free event begins at 11am.

The seminar is geared towards those who have not been through the homebuying process before or may have questions about the homebuying process. According to a Lennar spokesperson, the seminar will show how easy and affordable homebuying can be and why now is the time to buy. There will be information on the many financing and down payment options available and the latest mortgage guidelines. And, for those who are intimidated by the homebuying process or think they may not be able to qualify for a loan due to credit issues, a foreclosure or a short sale, credit-restoration and other solutions will also be discussed.
