Don’t let the month of April fool you or you could miss out! This month will go by quickly and the historic homebuyer tax credits will be gone. With this date less than 30 days away, the Central Florida division of Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, is offering fantastic incentives and has aggressively lowered its pricing on brand new homes during its “Tax Credit Countdown” sales event celebration.
This Saturday and Sunday all across Central Florida, visit a Lennar community and tour the decorated models and explore all the immediate brand new move-in available homes that can be purchased by April 30 in time for the tax credits.
First-time homebuyers may qualify to receive a government tax credit of up to $8,000. Current homeowners may also be able to receive up to a $6,500 tax credit. These tax credits are not loans, but prospective buyers have to act now.
Plus, this weekend only, buy a brand new Lennar home in Central Florida with zero down and monthly payments that may be even lower than paying rent. Additionally, at select Lennar communities, prospective homebuyers have the opportunity to receive up to $6,000 to use toward a brand new Lennar home from the county bond program. These bond monies are available on a first come basis; so don’t take the chance of letting it run out!
“Although prospective homebuyers might see some incredible deals on short sales or foreclosures currently on the market, contracts for these homes cannot be processed in time to meet the impending tax credit deadline,” said David Parker, Director of Sales and Marketing for Lennar’s Central Florida division. “By purchasing a Lennar home, we can provide a predictable closing date in time for the tax credit savings, a new home warranty and an easier mortgage process.”
Currently, Lennar has less than 50 brand new homes in communities all across the Orlando market that can close in time to qualify for the tax credit savings.
“We also encourage prospective homebuyers to visit one of our nine brand new communities that are debuting in the Central Florida area,” said Parker.
Three of these highly anticipated communities are Independence in Winter Garden, the Townes at Westyn Bay in Ocoee and Cypress Lakes in Chuluota.
Independence is located off of Independence Parkway and Fiquette Road in Winter Garden and offers townhomes and single-family homes from the $160s.
The Townes at Westyn Bay provides a gated community located off Ocoee Crown Point Parkway and Latila Road in Ocoee that features townhomes priced from the $140s.
Cypress Lakes is located off State Road 419 and State Road 50 in Chuluota that provides single-family homes from the $180s.
