The Central Florida division of Lennar has been very successful in Tampa the past several months and recently announced that five of its communities in the Tampa Bay region will be sold out over the next 60-90 days. Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said only one home remains for sale priced at $180,900 at Heritage Isles in New Tampa. Only nine home sites remain for sale at Cedar Crest in Lakeland. At Avalon in Spring Hill in Hernando County, only 18 home sites remain for sale.
