Lennar Jacksonville Wins A Prestigious Aurora Award For Willowcove Model

The Jacksonville division of Lennar recently received an Aurora Award at the 2009 Southeast Building Conference for its Victoria model at its Willowcove community in Ponte Vedra, Florida.

In this highly coveted award competition often called “The Grammy’s of the Home Building Industry,” Lennar Jacksonville in partnership with TECO Gas won in the Natural Gas Detached Single-Family Home category.

“This is truly an honor to receive one of these prestigious awards for our Victoria model,” said Barbara Moore, President of Lennar’s Jacksonville division. “This is a tremendous achievement and distinction to be awarded by our peers in the building industry profession.”

The Victoria model at Willowcove at Nocatee features four bedrooms and four bathrooms in 2,971 square feet of living space.

The nationally recognized Aurora Awards honor builders, planners, architects, developers, designers, interior merchandisers and other housing-related professionals within a 12-state region from Texas to Virginia.

    were used and the kind of paint and where it was purchased?

    I sent a email earlier and the name of the model home was the Victoria, I forgot
    to give the name.
