Successful Grand Opening Confirms Appeal Of Lennar Los Angeles’ New Home Showplace In Valencia

After celebrating an extremely successful grand opening, Lennar’s interactive New Home Showplace is gaining reputation as Valencia’s newest and most exciting home preview center for prospective homebuyers.

Much of the excitement surrounding Lennar’s New Home Showplace is related to homebuyers having everything under one roof.  The first home preview of its kind in the area, the showplace is Lennar’s simplest approach yet to buying a home and is designed to be a “one-stop shop” for prospective homebuyers in Valencia.

Instead of driving all over town, now prospective buyers are able to preview all Lennar Valencia communities in one convenient location. Buyers can leisurely view 22 floor plans and recreational amenities within six communities, tour gourmet kitchens and elegant bathrooms, enjoy virtual self-guided community tours and gather information at the state-of-the-art, interactive kiosks.

Those who are looking to purchase a home in the Valencia area should come visit the New Home Showplace and learn about how want to take advantage of the extended homebuyer federal tax credit. Buyers may receive up to $8,000* for first-time homebuyers and up to $6,500** for existing homeowners, on their new Lennar home. Buyers can still get the tax credit if they have owned and lived in their current home for five consecutive years. Homebuyers should also know that tax credits are subject to eligibility requirements; therefore they should consult with their tax advisor as tax laws are subject to change

However, homebuyers must act quickly since these homes must be purchased by April 30, 2010 and closed on June 30, 2010 in order to take advantage of the tax credit extension.

“Time is running out for homebuyers to receive their tax credit dollars,” stated Tummolo. “We still have an exceptional selection of homes to choose from that are available to purchase right now!”

The three-bedroom townhomes at Artisan are priced in the upper $300,000’s and range from 1,513 to 1,997 square feet of living space. The charming Esperto attached residences are priced from the upper $200,000’s and range approximately 1,233 to 1,625 square feet of living space, up to three bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms and feature Americana-inspired home designs accented by front porches, quaint shutters, and stone brick detailing.

These communities are surrounded by walking passes, parks with recreational amenities and more than two miles of hiking trails along the San Francisquito Creek and within walking distance to some local schools. Below Copper Hill Drive, Artisan is also within minutes to shopping and retail centers, local schools, freeway access, and Metrolink.

Currently, Lennar offers six different communities throughout Valencia with two-story single-family and attached homes that range from approximately 1,233 to 3,512 square feet of living space, three to five bedrooms and up to three and one-half bathrooms with prices starting from the upper $200,000’s to mid $600,000’s.
