New Phase Of Homes Available This Weekend At Two Lennar Communities In Central Orange County

Orange County new home shoppers looking for spacious single-family homes in a thriving and charming location will fall in love with two of Lennar’s communities, Ashberry and Ivy Lane in Buena Park.  With one of the final phases of homes being released this weekend and the chance to take advantage of the extended federal tax credit worth up to $8,000*, these homes offer an incredible value and a very limited opportunity to purchase in this area.

Buyers can still get the tax credit if they have owned and lived in their current home for five consecutive years.  Homebuyers should also know that tax credits are subject to eligibility requirements; therefore they should consult with their tax advisor as tax laws are subject to change.

Priced from the low $700,000’s, the distinctive floorplans at Ashberry encompass approximately 2,782 to 3,074 square feet including four bedrooms with three bathrooms, while Ivy Lane spans approximately 2,201 to 2,477 with three and four bedrooms, two and one-half to three bathrooms and are priced from the low $600,000’s.  Both include family rooms with built-in decorative precast surround fireplace and two-bay garages.  Additional features such as first floor bedrooms, bonus rooms, lofts, and kitchen nooks are available per residence.
