Lennar Measures Opportunity With Special Move-In Deals, Financing Through UAMC Of CA, In Sacramento

Lennar’s summer of savings is the opportunity homebuyers have been waiting for! Through September 30th, homebuyers can take advantage of exclusive offers such as special move-in packages on select homes or excellent financing rates, through Universal American Mortgage Company of California (UAMC of CA),  to secure a brand new everything-included Lennar solar home.

All of our solar homes come with upgraded amenities included as standard, distinct floor plans and highly-desirable communities making a Lennar home the measure of excellence. By taking advantage of these special deals, homebuyers can now measure up with a Lennar home!

On select homes that close by September 30, 2009, qualified buyers, who meet the minimum credit score, occupancy and other investor requirements, can choose from a low fixed mortgage rate offered through UAMC of CA, Lennar’s preferred lender, or a special move-in package, with free backyard landscaping and free window coverings. Along with highly-attainable pricing, excellent financing allows homebuyers to purchase a home within their means. Monthly payments, that include mortgage insurance, can be as low as $1,485 based on a purchase price of $276,950 and FHA 30-year fixed rate financing at 4.5% (5.01% APR) with 3.5% down during Lennar and UAMC of CA’s limited-time offer and while funds last!  Homebuyers are responsible for monthly payments of taxes, homeowner insurances and/or HOA fees.

Customers can tour four models that demonstrate plans from all three of Lennar’s Kavala Ranch communities; Cazadero, Andravida and Verano. Prices start in the mid $200,000’s with floorplan styles ranging from approximately 1,463 to 3,491 square feet.  At Kavala Ranch’s Verano community, two homes are available for August move-ins.  The 2,316-square-foot Rose plan, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and three-bay garage is available on Homesite 21 for $333,880, including the solar system, or $318,540 plus an additional $30.42 per month to lease the 3.28kWp solar system. The 2,768-square-foot Merlot plan, with four bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and a three-bay garage is available on Homesite 38 for $362,697, including the solar system, or $342,260, plus $44.74 per month to lease the 4.54kWp solar system. The lease payments are subject to a 1.5% annual increase after the first year on a ten-year lease and offer a lifetime of savings by reducing utility bills, in addition to being environmentally-friendly. Homebuyers should see a home consultant for complete details on the solar lease program. The Kavala Ranch sales pavilion is located at 11886 Elk View Way in Rancho Cordova.

In El Dorado Hills, Lennar’s Blackstone communities are Shenandoah II and St. Laurent.  Prices start in the mid $400,000’s and range from approximately 2,128 to 3,923 square feet of living space. Homesite 225 in Shenandoah II is currently available for a September closing and is a Cabernet plan, with 3,491 square feet, five bedrooms and four bathrooms, specially priced at $499,950. Blackstone’s Sales Pavilion and models homes are located at 3169 Aldridge Way.
