Now homebuyers have the opportunity to celebrate the holidays with family and friends living in style in their brand-new Lennar home. Lennar has several homes that are ready to close in December at several communities throughout Sacramento and are move-in ready, just in time for the holidays!

“We are extremely focused on selling our remaining inventory homes by year-end,” said Laura Stickelman, Sales Manager for Lennar Sacramento.  “That is why we have significantly slashed prices on many of our new homes allowing buyers even a better chance of moving into their new home before the holidays.”

Now is also the time to take advantage of the homebuyer federal tax credit of up to $8,000 for first-time homebuyers and up to $6,500 for existing homeowners, on their new Lennar home. Buyers can still get the tax credit if they have owned and lived in their current home for five consecutive years.  Homebuyers should also know that tax credits are subject to eligibility requirements; therefore they should consult with their tax advisor as tax laws are subject to change.

“This month will be crucial for buyers who have been anxious to buy a new home. With the housing market stabilizing, homebuyers can feel secure in purchasing their brand new home. We encourage all buyers to purchase now before the incentives and selections start to diminish,” stated Stickelman. “With these favorable market conditions, buyers can’t afford not to buy right now.”

In Roseville’s WestPark, seven homes are still available and can close by the end of December at Sentiero, Arbor Grove, Walkabout and Ironcrest at Fiddyment Farm. These single-family homes range from approximately 1,749 to 2,768 square feet and are priced from the high $200,000’s.

In Rancho Cordova at Kavala Ranch, there are only seven homes currently available at Andravida, Verano and Cazadero that can close by the end of December, which range from approximately 1,463 to 2,768 square feet and start in the mid $200,000’s.
