It took them five years, but Bob and Donna Laudonio finally found the home of their dreams: an approximately 1,955-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath masterpiece in Lennar’s Empire Vista community. Originally from New York, the Laudonios had been searching for a retirement home in the Tucson area for several years, never settling for anything less than what they deserved. In April, the Laudonios moved into their brand new Lennar home.

“We looked at other homebuilders, but none compared to Lennar,” said Bob Laudonio. “I love everything about our home: the kitchen, the great room, the master bedroom—it feels like home.”

Laudonio said it was the dream home he had envisioned, and no remodeling, repairs or alterations were needed. The home came equipped with upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large master suite with a walk-in closet and his and hers vanities. All of these upgraded features and amenities are part of Lennar’s longstanding mantra that a home should be exactly as a homebuyer desires: “Everything you want. Everything you need. That’s the Logic of Lennar®.”

“Everything was included in the Lennar homes. There was no such thing as too many upgrades; everything Lennar gave us was the best they had,” said Laudonio. “Lennar is fantastic, the people that work for Lennar are fantastic and they made this home buying experience fantastic.”

In addition to including upgraded amenities as standard, Lennar remains committed to giving homebuyers unique added value by situating their communities near retail centers, highly-respectable school districts and major highways.

Due to popular demand, Laudino’s Empire Vista community has sold out but Lennar still offers homebuyers six different communities to choose from in the Tucson, Sahuarita, Marana and Vail areas, with several brand new homes starting from the mid $100,000’s.

Near the entrance of stunning Madera Canyon in Sahuarita, Madera Highlands is centered around a 14-acre village park with access to a pool, basketball and tennis courts, a sports field, a dog park and much more. The three and four-bedroom single family homes are only a short drive to nearby Green Valley and Tucson.

Located at the base of the Santa Rita Mountains in Vail, Corona Hills offers spacious three to five-bedroom single family homes ranging from 1,601 to 2,907 square feet and starting in the low $200,000’s.

Mirasol at Star Valley offers residents playgrounds, parks, basketball courts, jogging paths and barbeque ramadas perfect for outdoor entertaining. Featuring three to five-bedroom homes with prices starting in the mid $100,000’s, Mirasol provides the relaxing atmosphere of desert living while still being only a short drive from I-10 and I-19.

Sycamore Park, a master-planned 210-acre community, is centered around a seven and a half acre park with sports fields and picnic areas. With prices starting in the mid $200,000’s, the three and four-bedroom single family homes range from approximately 1,955 to 2,907 square feet.

Lennar has also begun pre-sales at two new communities: San Lucas in Marana and Lakeside in Tucson.  These two new communities will feature energy-efficient floor-plans that include new updated features and materials.  San Lucas will feature single family homes ranging from 1,268 to 2,559 square feet and Lakeside will feature single family homes from 1,268 to 1,768 square feet.  Prospective buyers may join the interest list for these two communities by visiting www.lennar.com/tucson.

“While other builders are closing communities, we are opening two new communities in the coming months,” said Steve Craddock, Division Manager for Lennar Tucson.

“We want all our homebuyers to be as happy and satisfied with their brand new home as Mr.  Laudonio is with his,” said Craddock. “Mr. Laudonio recognized that no other homebuilder is as committed to homebuyers as Lennar. We give our homebuyers that unique added value by offering upgraded amenities included as standard, excellent neighborhoods, quality school districts, and convenient retail access while providing great customer service every step of the way. Top that with unparalleled quality and customer service. That’s the Logic of Lennar.”

There’s no better way to enjoy the lifestyle of Tucson than through one of Lennar’s Communities.

Lennar is celebrating its 55th Anniversary this year and has grown to become one of the nation’s leading homebuilders.  With hundreds of Communities nationwide and homes designed for first-time, move-up and luxury homebuyers, Lennar has long distinguished itself by simply including everything as standard.  Everything You Want, Everything You NeedSM, That’s the Logic of Lennar.SM

Extremely interesting blog post. Your post is really interesting. I liked this article. This post is terrific! I have to say that after continually reading poor as in, same old information, little quality content, etc. blog posts on other sites, it’s nice to actually read something that has some thought put into it. It’s a pleasure to read well written article posts, especially after continually seeing rehashed %$!# that writers and bloggers are putting out nowadays. It’s always nice when I come across content that actually has value, I’ve been seeing a ton of subpar writing attempts lately. Anyways, thanks again and I’ll check back frequently to see what else you have to offer. I’ll check back in the future to see what else you have up your sleeve. Keep up the terrific work! BTW, I like your site design, but your header image was only loading half way for me. P.S. Your header is messed up a bit in IE. The problem could be on my end but I thought you might want to look into that.
