A fun-filled Halloween Bash ended in a two-day sales frenzy as an amazing 16 homes were sold last weekend at Lennar’s celebrated residential communities.

Part of the national homebuilder’s month-long campaign of offering its customers deep incentives at its award-winning portfolio of communities, the state-wide Halloween party kicked off the weekend with food, fun and festivities including real psychics.   By the end of the weekend, 16 buyers treated themselves to the home of their dreams.

As for the psychics, they were so well received, Lennar is bringing them back by popular  demand each weekend through the end of October.

“It was an extraordinary weekend of activity,” notes Don Bompensa, President of Lennar’s New Jersey Division.  “Achieving that level of sales velocity in such a short time frame speaks volumes about the wide-ranging appeal of Lennar’s communities throughout New Jersey and validates our effort to offer well thought-out incentives that address real buyer needs and concerns.  The results speak for themselves. ”

New Home Consultants at each of the communities can provide more details on the dramatic opportunities that remain only through the end of the month — a short window for buyers to act before missing out.

While value remains a top priority for homebuyers, so does enjoying a resort-like lifestyle where practically every conceivable amenity, activity and service has been conceived and implemented for your living and entertaining pleasure.  Such is the case at Greenbriar Oceanaire, Lennar’s heralded active-adult community in Waretown which features 1,400 single-family homes — less than 400 of which remain for sale — on 888 rolling acres just north of Long Beach Island.

The community continues to spark interest in those 55 and better, building on its reputation as one of the most desirable active adult communities in the state.  Contributing to this success is an incomparable resort-like lifestyle stemming from the community’s magnificent 38,000-square-foot clubhouse which offers year-round entertainment with its indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and boccie courts, a fully equipped fitness center/spa, game rooms, library, computer and craft rooms and a grand ballroom.  Residents also enjoy an incomparable Arthur Hills-designed, 18-hole championship golf course that is located completely within the community and challenges players on all levels.

Greenbriar Oceanaire’s luxurious layouts feature seven ranch-home designs ranging in size from 1,900 to 3,100 square feet of living space priced from the $300,000’s.  Some homes include lofts.  Found throughout the homes are upscale interior appointments including dramatic vaulted, sloped or step ceilings; oversized windows and ceramic tile floors. Kitchens include GE Profile stainless steel appliances, breakfast nooks and silestone countertops; while sumptuous master baths feature Roman-style soaking tubs, separate shower stalls, double vanity sinks and decorator vanity cabinets.

Lennar recently released some of its most desirable homesites at Greenbriar Oceanaire, including the last of the community’s “Par” lots — homesites which do not offer golf or wooded views and therefore have no premiums added to the base price.

At Greenbriar Stonebridge, a community of 946 single-family residences in Monroe Township, homes range in size from 1,659 to 3,130 square feet of living space.  Nine distinctive designs are available, including some with loft options, as well as new “Twin” duplex designs which are priced from the $200s.  Certain homesite locations are available with extended deliveries up to one year.   The community features a 42,000 square-foot clubhouse — the largest in an active adult community in the state of New Jersey — which features a grand ballroom, theater room with stadium seating, billiards room, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor swimming pool, two-story great room, card room, computer center and meeting rooms.  Outside, residents will enjoy a resort-style pool and expansive sun deck and tennis courts.

Greenbriar Fox Ridge is a brand new active adult community featuring 336 luxury condominium residences, exciting resort-like amenities and a picturesque Rockaway Township setting.  Prices currently start in the $200s for one- and two-bedroom, single-level homes that range in size from 979 to 1,997 square feet of living space and already include a wide assortment of upgrades.  The homes are located in elevator buildings with secured underground parking.

The community, which has no affiliation with the existing Fox Hills community in Rockaway Township, will be gated and is conveniently situated amidst a breathtaking, mountainous country setting with proximity to excellent recreational facilities highlighted by numerous golf courses and thousands of acres of public open space and parkland.  However, residents won’t have to travel far to indulge themselves in recreational pursuits as the community offers a 16,000 square-foot grand clubhouse that is currently under construction and expected to be completed in the fall.  The recreational facility will feature a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, social rooms and a tennis court.

Aside from its” Greenbriar” communities, Lennar is also developing several all-age communities, including Cedar Point at Mays Landing, 173 single-family homes located near the Hamilton Mall in Atlantic County; Centreplace at Edison, 198 garden-style condominium homes; and Creek Run at Woolwich, single-family homes and homesites  located 30-to-40 minutes from Philadelphia and Wilmington.
