Johns Creek II - Augustine III Model

Part of New Coastal-Series Collection Unveiling

Lennar Jacksonville is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of its newest model at its Johns Creek II community in the highly desirable North St. Johns County.

This weekend be one of the first to preview this newly decorated Augustine III with a Tuscan elevation model home priced from the low 200s. The home showcases four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a three-car garage. The Augustine III model is one of 7 distinctive single-family home floor plan designs in the Coastal-Series collection now available at the Johns Creek II community. Plans range from 1,700 to more than 2,900 square feet with one and two stories and two and three-car garage options available. Prices are from the low $200s to the low $300s.

All home floor plans feature luxury upgrades at no additional cost. Some of these features include 18-inch ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen, foyer, laundry room and all bathrooms; 30-ounce Mohawk carpet; 2-inch faux-wood window blinds; Clean Steel GE® appliances package with self-cleaning smooth-top range, matching space-saver microwave, pot-scrubbing dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser and full-sized washer and dryer.
