The Charlotte division of Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, recently moved into the Top Ten list in the latest Market Opportunity Research Enterprises® (M.O.R.E.) report regarding home closings in the Charlotte area.

For the first quarter of 2008 to the first quarter of 2009, the Lennar Charlotte division moved from 15th place to 6th place on the list that includes other area homebuilders. The Lennar Charlotte division had a total of 237 homes sold during this time period.
