Lennar Breaks Ground, Debuts Plans to Be Featured at Inside Wade

Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, today unveiled plans for its highly anticipated Inside Wade community at a groundbreaking ceremony held at this premier Raleigh location just off Wade Avenue between I-40 and I-440, across from the RBC Center.
Raleigh Division President for Lennar, Trish Hanchette, was joined by the division’s Director of Sales and Marketing, Briggs Napier, in turning shovels of dirt on the 40-acre site, which will be comprised of 307 newly designed single-family homes and townhomes. The “Movie on the Green” grand opening celebration starts at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10. The celebration will continue throughout the weekend at Harborside with the Welcome Home Center and decorated model open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday and Monday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
