When Lennar introduces its new “Twin” model homes during a Grand Opening Event on Saturday, Oct. 15th at Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe Twp., NJ, active-adult buyers will have an opportunity to explore a model home unlike any other.

Designed to showcase the community’s side-by-side designs, one model will be a spectacularly furnished home, while the other will be a “de-constructed model” which will give buyers a rare, behind-the-scenes look at how a Lennar home is built. Twelve “stops” will be designated throughout the de-constructed model home, each with detailed information on what’s behind the walls and the Lennar building process.
