Lennar Hosts Successful Grand Opening At Ladera Terrace, Prepares For More Openings

Lennar kicked off 2012 with an extremely successful GRAND OPENING last weekend at Ladera Terrace, located in the Summerlin village of the Mesa. And the Census Bureau found last spring that 18.3% of U.S. households contained adult relatives or roommates, up from 17% four years earlier. “Both the economics and the demographics of those already living in a multi-generational home made this an obvious solution,” stated Parness.
