Lennar Chicago’s Open Late To Save You Eight

On Friday, April 30, the homebuilder will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and for this one day only a 25-dollar deposit will secure a brand new Lennar home.

This is the last day prospective homebuyers have the opportunity to take advantage of the first-time homebuyer tax credit. If you haven’t owned a home in the last three years you may qualify to receive the first-time homebuyer government tax credit of up to $8,000. These tax credits are not loans, there is no repayment required, but prospective homebuyers have to act now because homes must be purchased by April 30 and close by June 30.
