Lennar Atlanta To Begin Selling at Westpark in Kennesaw

Expanding its growing influence in the Atlanta housing market to the booming Kennesaw area of west Cobb County, leading homebuilder Lennar has purchased the remaining lots at Westpark, where it will offer luxury homes on half-acre sites with prices starting in the $400s.
Located off Acworth-Due West Road just north of Stilesboro Road, Westpark was planned as a community of 84 single-family homes with clubhouse, swim and tennis amenities. Only 19 homes had been built by the previous developer. The homes feature four to six bedrooms, range from around 2,900 to more than 4,300 square feet, and include two and a half to four and a half baths, plus a three-car garage. Some homes can even accommodate a basement for additional living space. Interior features include hardwood flooring, granite countertops, upgraded trim, gourmet appliances and much more.
