Managing Multiple Generations Under One Roof
December 14th, 2012 | Lennar On The Web, Phoenix, Tucson

Lennar’s Next Gen – The Home Within A Home – is featured on an NBC Nightly News segment highlighting the rise in the number of multi-generational households in America today. As NBC’s Dr. Nancy Snyderman reports, Lennar’s Next Gen is “a concept that has quickly become one of the company’s top sellers, currently in ten states, with prices ranging from about $200,000 to $600,000. Next Gen’s are houses with complete smaller homes attached, designed for privacy, and built to evolve with a family.” Alan Jones, Division President of Lennar Arizona, elaborated on how Lennar’s Next Gen home designs can be utilized by families. “You can use it as an office when your kids are young,” said Jones. “You can use it as a teen room when they get older. Then when your parents are older, they can come and live with you.” [View the video]
