Lennar Atlanta Celebrates Grand Opening Of Second Model At Its James Creek Community In Cumming

This weekend Lennar will celebrate the grand opening of its second model at one of Forsyth County’s most desirable communities: James Creek, located on Windermere Parkway in Cumming. Throughout the grand opening event, held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12, and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 13, Lennar’s new home consultants will be on site to answer questions, complimentary food and beverages will be served, and one lucky visitor will win a four-night Carnival cruise for two to the Caribbean destination of their choice.

Lennar and Pulte Selected As Premier Homebuilders For New Cameratta Companies Project In Estero

Lennar and Pulte, two of the nation’s leading homebuilders, have been selected as the premier homebuilders for a brand new community in Estero, Florida.

Construction has already begun on The Preserve at Corkscrew with Phase 1 of 157 homesites scheduled for early 2012 completion. Lennar and Pulte are planning to have new furnished model homes constructed and fully staffed for sales this season.

This new 510-acre gated residential community is located on Corkscrew Road approximately 2 miles east of Interstate 75 in Estero. The community is designed as a quaint residential neighborhood consisting of 441 single-family homesites, including several estate home options. The Preserve at Corkscrew will provide an array of sidewalks throughout the community and an abundance of nature preserves.

Cameratta Companies is the developer for the project.
