Lennar New Jersey Unveils New Incentive Program; Offers Deep Discounts at all Greenbriar Communities

Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, has launched a new discount program at its Greenbriar active adult communities in New Jersey.

For a limited time, purchasers of specific homes will receive $10,000 that can be applied in one of three ways, including taking an additional $10,000 off of already deeply discounted prices, reducing interest rates to an incredible below-market rate, or using the money toward the payment of closing costs.

To qualify, closings must occur by November 30th, 2010.

This incentive also applies to a limited inventory of homes to be built at each of the participating communities.

“We are taking aggressive measures to sell existing inventory at our Greenbriar communities,” says Don Bompensa, President of Lennar’s New Jersey Division. “With the introduction of this extraordinary incentive program, we are making the already impressive pricing of these homes more attractive and giving buyers a perfect purchasing scenario.”

Lennar Launches The Real Deal Savings Event On July 17th & 18th At Its New Jersey Communities

Lennar is launching the biggest single savings event new homebuyers have seen in years on July 17th and 18th at its New Jersey portfolio of communities.

The national homebuilder’s “Real Deal Savings Event” will provide homebuyers with real opportunities to purchase homes thanks to extraordinary price reductions of up to $95,000 depending on home and community. Sales are ringing up across the state at a number of Lennar communities as buyers are responding to the national homebuilder’s month-long “Sixties Experience” event which is creating nostalgic fun and significant buyer savings.

More than 20 homes have already been sold in August during the celebration which is commemorating 40 years of developing “Greenbriar” active adult communities in New Jersey and the 55th anniversary of the company.

More of the same is expected over the final week of the program as buyers are taking advantage of significant incentives offered at the communities. Lennar executed a thorough analysis of its award-winning portfolio of communities and developed a comprehensive benefit program, ranging from “dirt sales” and extended deliveries to quick occupancy.
