Lennar New Jersey Teams With Wells Fargo To Aid Today’s Homebuyers

Statewide Music Festival Hosted By Lennar Draws More Than 1,500 To Waretown, Monroe And Rockaway

The tender voice of a young Frank Sinatra echoed across the lush, tree-lined landscape of Greenbriar Fox Ridge on July 16, while hundreds of guests danced the afternoon away. They were there for Lennar New Jersey’s MusicFest, a free music festival and picnic which attracted more than 1,500 total guests to Lennar’s 55-and-better Greenbriar active-adult communities in Waretown, Monroe and Rockaway Township.

Each community featured a different musical genre. Visitors danced to Golden Oldies at Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe and jammed with the Caribbean Connection Island Band at Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown. At Greenbriar Fox Ridge, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin and Tom Jones tunes were smoothly blended in with Sinatra. Guests at all three locations indulged in sausage and pepper sandwiches, hot dogs, soft pretzels, ice cream and other decadent picnic favorites while they enjoyed the music and views of a beautiful, pastoral landscape.

Lennar To Host Statewide Musicfest At Greenbriar Locations In Waretown, Monroe And Rockaway On July 16

It promises to be the most talked about event of the year, and the public is invited to attend.

Lennar’s MusicFest, an outdoor food and music festival, will be held on Saturday, July 16 from noon to 4 p.m. at the national homebuilder’s 55-and-better communities of Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown, Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe Township and Greenbriar Fox Ridge in Rockaway Township. The rain date is Sunday, July 17.

The 41,000-square-foot clubhouse at Lennar’s celebrated Greenbriar Stonebridge active-adult community in Monroe Township, NJ, was named Best Clubhouse/Recreation Amenities in a Community at the 2011 Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards banquet held last week in Atlantic City.
