Greenbriar Oceanaire Debuts New Onsite Restaurant
The Grille Room at Oceanaire recently opened its doors, and is already considered the place to be among the residents at Greenbriar Oceanaire, the award-winning active-adult community located in Waretown, New Jersey, just north of Long Beach Island.
Located inside the community’s magnificent 38,000-square-foot clubhouse, the private restaurant boasts a casually elegant atmosphere that’s enhanced by an outstanding menu which features a mouth-watering array of eclectic cuisine, according to Lennar, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders and the developer of Greenbriar Oceanaire.
“The restaurant grand opened just over two weeks ago and we’ve received an overwhelmingly positive response from residents, their friends and family members,” says Pete O’Grandy, Owner and Operator of the The Grille Room at Oceanaire. “In fact, we had an exceptional turn-out on Easter Sunday with more than 330 guests served throughout the day.”
The Grille Room at Oceanaire is open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner, and offers a variety of dining options including pasta, beef, chicken, veal and seafood. Weekly specials at the restaurant include a prime rib dinner every Friday evening, and Saturday’s romantic candlelight dinner. Each Sunday, The Grille Room is open for brunch from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and features a variety of breakfast favorites, in addition to carving stations and lunch dishes.
