Lennar is upping the ante on today’s historic homebuying market by offering its customers complimentary trips to Las Vegas or Atlantic City.

Believing chance is more about opportunity than it is luck, Lennar is betting that buyers won’t want to miss out on their chance to get the best value ever on a new home and a chance at walking away a winner from the country’s most celebrated gambling meccas.

Lennar’s “Buy and Fly” program offers any buyer who purchases a home at a participating Lennar community during the month of July a free three-day, two-night trip for two to exciting Las Vegas.

For those who are unable to buy in July, Lennar is offering an overnight stay at a casino hotel in Atlantic City to any new customer who simply visits a participating Lennar community on July 18th or 19th, while supplies last*.

In Rockaway Township, Lennar’s Greenbriar Fox Ridge active adult community features 336 luxury condominium residences offered at prices starting in the $200s – virtually unheard of and possibly never to be seen again. The community’s distinctive one- and two-bedroom, single-level layouts range in size from 979 to 1,997 square feet of living space. The homes are located in elevator buildings with secured underground parking.

Lennar has begun giving Hard Hat tours of Greenbriar Fox Ridge’s 16,000 square-foot clubhouse which is currently under construction and expected to be completed in the fall. The clubhouse will feature a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, social rooms and a tennis court.

At Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe Township, Lennar recently unveiled the results of an “extreme makeover” of the active adult community’s model homes and Welcome Home Center. The dramatic new changes include the introduction of a new model and floorplan, a number of significant improvements and upgrades to the existing homes’ structural and interior living spaces, and the availability of walking tours through the community’s new “Twin” designs which are priced from the $200s. In addition, Lennar is offering certain locations within the community with extended deliveries up to one year.

Greenbriar Stonebridge features 946 single-family residences ranging in size from 1,659 to 3,130 square feet of living space. Nine distinctive designs are available, not including some with loft options. The community features graceful tree-lined streets which wind their way around the eclectic mix of cutting-edge home designs, and a 42,000 square-foot clubhouse — the largest in an active adult community in the state of New Jersey – which features a grand ballroom, theater room with stadium seating, billiards room, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor swimming pool, two-story great room, card room, computer center and meeting rooms.
