Greenbriar Stonebridge, Lennar’s celebrated active adult community in Monroe Township, NJ., was named “Community of the Year” at the 2010 Sales and Marketing Awards gala, topping a competitive list of entrants from around the state.

Coming from the North: Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 8A. Bear left after toll toward 32 East/Jamesburg.  Road becomes Forsgate Drive.  Continue on Forsgate Drive to Applegarth Rd. Make right onto Applegarth Rd and continue for approx 3.5 miles. Make left onto Federal Road and follow signs into the community.

Coming from the South: Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 8. Bear right off the ramp onto Rt. 33 East. Stay on Rt. 33 East and exit at Applegarth Rd. Take the jughandle, cross over Rt 33 and stay on Applegarth Rd. Turn right onto Federal Road, follow signs into the community.
